Round House We have a very active group of young people here a at Seagoville. Our group of around 30 teens ranges in age from Jr. High thru High school. On Sunday nights after the evening worship service the teens have what we call "Round House". They meet together for one and one half hour to enjoy a meal, sing songs of praise to the Lord, and have a devotional period led by our youth minister John Woodruff. They also enjoy just spending time together just to "Hang Out" with the Christian friends. Texoma Youth Camp Every summer usually during June, we have what is called "Camp Seagoville". This is where our young people travel to the Texoma Youth Camp in Pottsboro, Texas for a week of fun and learning about the Bible. Camp Blue Haven For 2 weeks during the summer, our young people enjoy a trip to Camp Blue Haven outside of Las Vegas, New Mexico. The camp allows the teens to get away from their day to day activities at home and fellowship with other teens and spend time learning about our Lord and his church. Vacation Bible School Each year we have Vacation Bible School for school age children. This gives them an opportunity learn about God and the Bible. Summer Youth Series Summer youth series is a series of lessons hosted by area congregations on Tuesday nights during the summer. This allows the teens to meet with their friends and other teens from other congregations to hear a speaker deliver a lesson targeted at their age group. Winter and Spring Retreats Every year our youth enjoy a Spring and Winter retreat to a remote location over a weekend to spend time with each other devoted to increasing their faith in God and strengthening their relationship with each other.
