“For God so loved [the people of Colombia] that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16).
The Republic of Colombia is located in the northwest section of South America. Panama, Venezuela, Brazil, Ecuador, and Peru are bordering nations. Colombia has a population of more than 48 million. Its capital and largest city is Bogota. Colombia’s official language is Spanish. The national motto is: “Freedom and order.”
Today we pray that every Colombian will experience the freedom that truly matters–“the free gift of God,” everlasting life in the Lord Jesus Christ (Rom. 6:23).
