Ezekiel 34:12

12 As a shepherd looks after his scattered flock when he is with them, so will I look after my sheep. I will rescue them from all the places where they were scattered on a day of clouds and darkness.    Ezekiel 34:12

Ps. 33:12-22

Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom he has chosen as his heritage! The Lord  looks down from heaven, he sees all the sons of men; from where he sits enthroned he looks forth on all  the inhabitants of the earth, he who fashions the hearts of them all, and observes all their deeds. A king is  not saved by his great army; a warrior is not delivered by his great strength. The war horse is a vain hope  for victory, and by its great might it cannot save. Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear him, on  those who hope in his steadfast love, that he may deliver their soul from death, and keep them alive in  famine. Our soul waits for the Lord; he is our help and shield. Yea, our heart is glad in him, because we  trust in his holy name. Let thy steadfast love, O Lord, be upon us, even as we hope in thee (Ps. 33:12-22).

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

1 There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: 2 a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, 3 a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to…

Ephesians 4:22-24

22 You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; 23 to be made new in the attitude of your minds; 24 and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.…

Col. 1:15-20

He [Jesus] is the image of the invisible God, the first-born of all creation; for in him all things were  created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or  authorities—all things were created through him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things  hold together. He is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning, the first-born from the dead,  that in everything he might be preeminent. For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, and  through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood  of his cross (Col. 1:15-20).

Philippians 3:10-11

10 I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, 11and so, somehow, attaining to the resurrection from the dead.  Philippians 3:10-11
